  • At this time, TheVacuumGuru.com Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, TheVacuumGuru.com Store ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations.

    Shipping Charges

    We provide free Next Day shipping on all Miele vacuums, supplies, and accessories.

    Shipping Schedule

    We do not ship for weekend delivery. All shipping is based on Monday through Friday delivery. Orders that are received and processed by 4 p.m. CT Monday through Friday ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed, received and processed after 4 p.m. CT Monday through Friday ship the next business day. All orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed and ship the next business day.



  • Sales Tax
  • We are required to collect 7% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of Indiana. No other orders will be charged sales tax.

    Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. Defective units will be replaced or repaired per the specific warranty. Please call 317-842-1552 or email vacuums.more@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of damage.
